We are beginning a famous section in Hebrews called the Heroes of Faith. Today’s reading is the introduction and it begins by talking about faith. It describes faith as “the
assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” Well, it is interesting that as a Christian, we believe in all the heroes that will be mentioned, yet we have not seen them. Just like our faith in Jesus Christ. We
have not seen him, yet we believe in him.
